Nature’s best healer: Medicinal Mushrooms

Reishi mushroom has been used as an immune stimulant in East by HIV/Cancer patients. Reishi has also been said to be able to calm down the mind, reduce fatigue and viral issues, as well as help people connect to Spirit and meditate.

It is also one of most powerful mushrooms for medicinal purposes. Maitake is used culinarily as well as medicinally, and is a very powerful source of beta-glucan polysaccharides–potent immune system healing chemicals.

As well as preventing cancer, maitake mushrooms can also help control blood sugar and cholesterol. Maitake mushrooms increase the activity of natural killer (NK) cells, which helps the immune system to fight off problems.
